In order to save you time, we recommend the course of action that will give you an incremental understanding of our applications.We suggest that you proceed in the following order.
  • Download and review our Brochure.
  • Download the User's Manual and review subjects that are of particular interest to you.
  • Download TeXtra Application Files and start using TeXtra with the hypothetical or real data, whatever your preference might be. You have 3 months of a free trial period after which time the software will stop working. Remember however that whatever information you will have entered to the system by that time can be restored upon contacting our sales team and finalizing the sale. You will be also entitled to free technical support throughout the entire trial period.

TeXtra application software is configurable to reflect the type of your operation (Ex. Residential, Commercial, Mixed) and the geography (Ex. USA, Canada).To configure TeXtra, open it after downloading, and as the Welcome window pops, specify your choices.

Acrobat Reader

Acrobat Reader (Version 3.0 or higher) is needed to open
TeXtra User's Manual and Brochure. If you do not have it yet, click here
for a free download. This download is for all platforms.

Download the required file to your hard drive and run setup by double clicking at the appropriate
setup file (Ex. TextraSetup.exe). In the case of a Macintosh download, the installation process
may start automatically.
* Before downloading and installing demos of Residential and Commercial versions, download
and install TeXtra Application Files (3 months free trial period).
** Before downloading and installing the demo of Condominium Version, download and install
